Welcome to Will Christy Media. By accessing this website, booking a session, or purchasing a service, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.

Services: Will Christy Media provides real estate and commercial photography, videography, and aerial drone services. The specific deliverables, timeline, and price for each project are described in the applicable package or agreed upon in writing before the shoot.

Booking and Scheduling: A session is confirmed once a booking is placed and any required payment is received. We ask that you provide accurate property and access details in advance. Shoots typically take 45-60 minutes on-site, and most edited deliverables are sent within 24-48 hours for photos and 2-3 business days for video.

Payment: Prices for each package are listed on our Shop page and are due at the time of booking unless otherwise agreed. All sales are processed securely through our third-party payment provider.

Cancellations and Rescheduling: If you need to cancel or reschedule, please let us know as early as possible. Sessions cancelled with little notice, or shoots that cannot be completed due to lack of property access, may be subject to a rescheduling fee.

Weather and Aerial Work: Aerial drone footage is captured by an FAA Part 107 certified pilot and is flown only when it is safe and legal to do so. Poor weather or airspace restrictions may require rescheduling the aerial portion of a shoot at no fault to either party.

Usage and Licensing: Upon full payment, you receive a license to use the delivered images and video to market the specific property or project. Will Christy Media retains copyright of all work and may display samples in its portfolio and on social media unless you request otherwise in writing.

Limitation of Liability: We take great care with every project, but Will Christy Media is not liable for indirect or incidental damages. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount paid for the affected service.

Changes to These Terms: We may update these terms from time to time. The version posted on this page is the one that applies to your project.
